1. What is the Changi Account?

The Changi Account is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password.

2. Why is CAG implementing the Changi Account?


With the Changi Account, you can log in to Changi Airport’s digital platforms (including, and the iChangi app) using a single username and password. There is no need for you to remember multiple account IDs and passwords moving forth. Your existing and new user accounts with Changi Airport will all be linked, enabling convenient access to information from all your existing accounts.

3. Who is eligible for the Changi Account?

There are generally no restrictions on eligibility to register for a Changi Account. Enhancements to the Changi Account system will be made progressively to include other Changi Airport digital portals overtime.

4. How do I register for a Changi Account?

Simply key in your details here: After which you will receive a Welcome Email with an activation link. Once your account is activated, you will be able to log into your account.

5. How do I know if my registration for a Changi Account is successful?

Upon successful registration, an activation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered as your Changi Account. Please click on the verification link to activate your Changi Account.

6. Can I access my Changi Account via mobile devices?

Yes, you will be able to access your Changi Account via mobile devices. You can also use your Changi Account on the iChangi mobile app.

7. How can I update the e-mail address used for my Changi Account?

Please contact us at should you wish to amend your registered e-mail address. Please note that your request will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. We may also require some personal details to verify your ownership of the Changi Account.

9. What happens to my e-Newsletter subscriptions?

E-Newsletters will be sent to your registered Changi Account e-mail address. Your registered Changi Account will supercede the existing e-mail address registered under your Changi Rewards and/or iShopChangi account. You would be able to update your subscription through the communication messages e.g. e-newsletter sent to you. You can also log into your Changi Account and update them through the subscription center.

10. I have forgotten my password/ how do I change my current Changi Account password? What should I do?
